WELCOME TO
SOUTH AFRICA.
South Africa is where Team Travel Management began, and it remains a key base for our global sports travel business. Our South African office brings together local expertise and trusted supplier relationships. Every journey is planned with care and delivered with precision. We work across four areas: team travel, youth and school sports travel, corporate and incentive travel, and major sports events.
HOME-GROUND
ADVANTAGE
A professional squad on tour needs one plan. A school group here for fixtures or a cultural tour needs another. Corporate guests at a major event need a third. We start with the people travelling.
We know the venues, training sites, hotels and suppliers. We know how to bring them together for your group. We move gear and are there when plans change. We work across South Africa, Africa and the world.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Sports Teams
We manage travel for elite and professional teams, clubs, academies, federations and tournament organisers visiting South Africa, and for South African teams travelling abroad.
We coordinate flights, accommodation, ground transport, training facilities and equipment, with people on the ground when the team needs them. Teams can focus on performance.
Youth Travel
We design sports, cultural and educational tours for schools, universities and youth groups visiting South Africa, as well as South African groups travelling abroad. Rugby, cricket, hockey, netball, football and multi-sport fixtures can sit alongside learning and local experiences. Established routes link South Africa with the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Australia, Ireland and the USA. Each tour reflects the group's age, goals, budget and duty-of-care needs.

South Africa is a proven stage for major sporting events. We arrange travel, accommodation, hospitality and local experiences for sponsors, rights holders, agencies, VIP guests, media and supporters. South African corporate and supporter groups also travel with us to international events, including Formula One, golf, tennis, the Olympic Games and World Cups. We coordinate their journey from arrival to departure.

We plan journeys for corporate and incentive groups, families, friends and people with shared interests, whether they are visiting South Africa, travelling within it or heading abroad. From reward trips and conferences to locally hosted incentives, each programme is built around the group. We bring flights, accommodation, transport and destination experiences together in one plan.

Our team manages the travel, accommodation and tournament logistics that keep everything moving. With experienced people on the ground, schools, coaches and players are supported from arrival to the final whistle, leaving them free to focus on the hockey and make the most of their time in Cape Town.

From Johannesburg and Pretoria to Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha and the Winelands, South Africa gives teams and groups room to train, compete and explore. We build programmes that make the most of their time together, on and off the field.
Stadiums, training facilities and accommodation suit different needs and budgets. Beyond sport, there is wildlife, coastline, food, wine and local culture to discover.
For international teams, schools, universities and academies planning training or pre-season camps, we coordinate facilities, accommodation, transport and local logistics. Off-field experiences fit the team's schedule.
