  • Understand and facilitate the needs of educational travel

To ensure our health and safety standards are maintained our systems and procedures are fully audited annually by independent experts.

YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION

The law says your holiday must be protected if it is a package holiday.  ATOL (which stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) is a UK financial protection scheme and it protects most air package holidays sold by travel businesses that are based in the UK.  For package holidays which do not include air, as a member of ABTA, financial protection is provided for your money.  Both schemes ensure that if a travel business ceases trading, the customers of the failed company are protected, and the relevant scheme will ensure that the customer can return home (if on holiday/tour) and will not lose their money if the business collapses prior to travel. Team Travel Management is protected by ATOL and ABTA. If you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this protection doesn’t apply.

PASSPORT AND VISA INFORMATION

Please be aware that your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.

You can visit the Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s foreign travel advice (including health & entry requirements) for each country here: FCO advice – all countries

We always recommend that our clients seek advice on recommended vaccinations and precautions from a health professional – either a GP or a practise nurse, a pharmacist or a travel health clinic – ideally at least 8 weeks prior to departure.  If you have a particular health concern or take regular medicines, it is particularly important that you consult a health professional in advance of your trip and ensure you have adequate supplies to cover the duration of your tour.
